Introduction

By using Infrastry, you agree to the Terms of Service and this Acceptable Use Policy. You must comply with applicable law and are responsible for all code, content, traffic, users, and activity associated with your account, credentials, repositories, and deployments.

Pre-release status and data safety

Infrastry is under active development. Until we expressly designate the service as production-ready, features may change or be removed, deployments may be interrupted, and data or configuration may be corrupted or lost without warning.

Do not rely on Infrastry as the only copy of critical data or use it for a workload where downtime or data loss would be unacceptable. You are solely responsible for maintaining tested backups outside Infrastry and for having a recovery plan. Any backup or recovery feature we provide is supplemental and is not a substitute for your own backups.

Pricing and usage charges

Prices, included resources, credit rates, and metering rules may change as we learn the cost of operating the service. Changes may increase or decrease charges based on infrastructure costs, resource consumption, or product changes. We will provide notice of material pricing changes before they apply to future usage. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and charges.

Service level expectations

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Infrastry does not provide an uptime guarantee or service level agreement. Support is provided on a best-efforts basis, and response or resolution times are not guaranteed. Performance may vary because deployments use shared infrastructure with finite capacity.

  • Deployments may restart, slow down, or become temporarily unavailable.
  • Maintenance and security work may occur without advance notice when necessary.
  • You must design your application for the reliability its users require.

Email and communications

You may not send email directly from Infrastry-hosted workloads unless it is sent through an approved third-party relay or another method we explicitly authorize. This restriction applies to bulk, marketing, newsletter, and automated transactional messages, including password resets and order confirmations.

  • Unsolicited bulk email, messages, advertising, or other spam is prohibited.
  • You must follow consent, unsubscribe, identity, and anti-spam requirements that apply to your recipients.

Network and bandwidth use

Do not use Infrastry to operate or facilitate abusive, evasive, or disproportionately intensive network services.

  • Tor relays, Tor exit nodes, or other Tor infrastructure.
  • BitTorrent or similar peer-to-peer file sharing.
  • Open proxies, public VPN relays, traffic resale, or services primarily intended to conceal abusive traffic.
  • Network or port scanning, unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service activity, or attacks on external systems.
  • Traffic patterns that unreasonably consume bandwidth or disrupt Infrastry, its providers, or other users.

Illegal and harmful activity

Do not use Infrastry to create, host, distribute, link to, promote, or facilitate illegal or seriously harmful material or activity.

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content.
  • Pirated software or media, or other material that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, credential theft, or deceptive schemes.
  • Malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, botnets, destructive payloads, or command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Illegal gambling or the sale or distribution of illegal substances, weapons, or contraband.
  • Doxxing, stalking, targeted harassment, credible threats, terrorism, or incitement of hatred or violence.

Security and access abuse

You may not compromise or attempt to compromise systems, accounts, networks, or data, or help another person do so. Good-faith testing is allowed only against systems you own or are expressly authorized to test and must not affect other users or Infrastry. Testing Infrastry itself requires our prior written authorization.

  • Do not access another user’s systems or data without authorization.
  • Do not evade authentication, billing, resource limits, rate limits, safety controls, or enforcement.
  • Do not use stolen or compromised credentials, repositories, payment methods, or computing resources.

Automated scraping and crawling

Automated scraping or crawling of external services is prohibited unless we approve the use case in advance. Approval depends on scale, intent, target authorization, rate controls, and legal compliance. You must identify your crawler where appropriate, honor robots and access rules, protect collected data, and stop if your activity causes complaints or disruption.

Shared resources and disruptive activity

Infrastry operates shared infrastructure. Published or selected limits are ceilings, not a promise that every workload is suitable for the platform. We may throttle, isolate, or stop workloads that materially affect service quality or present unusual operational risk.

  • Cryptocurrency mining and other proof-of-work computation are prohibited without our prior written approval.
  • Do not run workloads that cause sustained excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, storage, or network consumption.
  • Do not create accounts, split workloads, manipulate traffic, or take other steps to evade resource or billing limits.
  • Do not run automated agents, bots, or benchmarks that degrade service for other users.

High-risk and critical systems

Do not use Infrastry as the sole control for systems whose failure could cause death, serious injury, catastrophic environmental harm, or major property damage. This includes weapons, emergency controls, and safety-critical medical, transportation, and industrial systems. Any permitted regulated workload requires appropriate human oversight, testing, redundancy, and legal compliance.

Support conduct

Support is a shared, best-efforts resource. Do not misuse support channels or interfere with our ability to help other users. We may restrict support access for abuse and may suspend an account when the conduct is serious or repeated.

  • Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, or abusive language toward staff or contractors.
  • Fraudulent claims, deliberate misrepresentation, or requests for help conducting prohibited activity.
  • Excessive duplicate requests or intentional attempts to overwhelm support channels.

Monitoring and compliance

We may use automated and manual methods to review resource consumption, network patterns, build and runtime signals, account activity, and system logs for security, abuse prevention, billing, troubleshooting, and policy compliance. Monitoring does not make us responsible for your content or activity.

Enforcement and consequences

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, impose limits, block traffic, remove content, stop or suspend deployments, or terminate accounts. Serious security threats, illegal activity, or immediate harm may result in action without prior notice.

We may preserve relevant information and cooperate with providers, rights holders, or law enforcement when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, or our rights. Attempts to evade enforcement may result in restrictions across related accounts or organizations. Fees already incurred remain due, and refunds may be denied where permitted for accounts terminated because of violations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, threats, technology, and legal obligations evolve. Changes take effect when posted unless we state a later date. We will provide additional notice for material changes when reasonable. Continued use after an update takes effect means you agree to the revised policy.

Reporting violations

Report suspected violations through Infrastry account support. Include relevant URLs, project identifiers, timestamps, and enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send unnecessary credentials or sensitive personal information. We review reports in good faith but may be unable to disclose investigation details or outcomes.
