Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, accessing Infrastry, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Infrastry for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting credentials and access tokens, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

  • One person or organization may not use accounts to evade limits or enforcement.
  • You remain responsible for team members and anyone you authorize to use your projects.

The service

Infrastry analyzes connected source repositories, prepares deployment configuration, builds and runs software, provisions supporting infrastructure, and reports operational status. Some actions may be performed by automated or AI-assisted systems.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Preview, beta, and experimental features may be less reliable and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that generated configuration or automated recommendations will be error-free.

  • You must review deployments and configuration appropriate to your risk level.
  • You are responsible for backups, recovery plans, and validating your application before production use.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of source code, data, configuration, and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

You represent that you have the rights required to provide your content and authorize repository, cloud, domain, and third-party integrations. You are responsible for your application, its users, and its compliance with law.

  • Do not submit secrets in source code when a secrets feature is available.
  • Third-party repositories and services remain subject to their own terms.

Fees, credits, and payment

Paid usage is billed according to the pricing and metering shown when you purchase or consume services. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Usage records maintained by Infrastry control billing unless they contain a clear error.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may suspend paid resources for overdue amounts and may change prices prospectively after providing reasonable notice.

  • You are responsible for monitoring usage and setting appropriate operational limits.
  • Third-party infrastructure costs may vary with region, traffic, storage, and provider pricing.

Security and service operation

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service, but no system is completely secure. You must maintain secure dependencies, application controls, credentials, and access policies.

You authorize us to access repositories, build logs, runtime metadata, and connected services as reasonably necessary to operate and troubleshoot your deployments. We may take urgent action to protect users, infrastructure, or the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm others or Infrastry.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. You should export content you need before closing an account. We may delete content after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume the risks of deploying and operating your software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infrastry and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

General terms

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these terms. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice unless an earlier date is required for security or legal reasons. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent through Infrastry account support. Notices to you may be delivered through the service or to the email address associated with your account.
