Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Infrastry websites, applications, deployment services, and support interactions. It does not govern applications you deploy through Infrastry or third-party services you connect; those parties determine their own privacy practices.

Retention periods vary by data type. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups before aging out under standard cycles.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls and encryption for stored secrets. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and configuring your deployed applications securely.
International processing
We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Local privacy laws may differ across those locations.
Your choices and rights
You can update certain account information, manage team access and integrations, remove projects, and close your account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing.
- We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
- Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar storage necessary for authentication, security, preferences, and core service operation. We may also use limited measurement tools to understand product performance. Browser settings can control cookies, but blocking required cookies may prevent the service from working.
Children
Infrastry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact account support so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through Infrastry account support.
